LAZY RANDOM TRIVIA POST!
My girlfriend and I went to a quiz last night with two other couples. My girlfriend and I are Kiwis, the two couples we went with were Americans, and everyone else at the quiz were Britos (at least it sounded that way). Long story short- we got caned. Brito politics, Brito botanic gardens, and Brito board games were not our strong points. Luckily there were questions about the Lord of the Rings, flags and Six Nations rugby, so we got a few points. The night was lots of fun, but next time we need to find a more international quiz.

Well, it's really more of a dark gray. The moon appears white because we have no point of comparison in the night sky. It's an optical illusion. If there were a truly white object next to it, the moon would look quite dingy.

Astronauts report that plumes of particles rise off the lunar surface at dusk and dawn—even though there's no wind. How? One theory is that solar radiation creates an electrostatic charge that lofts the dust into space.
